        We are currently interviewing for an Administrative Assistant to support our customer service team by performing administrative tasks required to produce accurate insurance quotes and maintain renewal policies. The Admin will synthesize client information submitted by other teammates, enter data into online systems, prepare documentation, manage billing arrangements, and complete other tasks and projects as needed. The right person for this position is fulfilled by playing a behind-the-scenes role in helping a team achieve its goals. This person will have excellent attention to detail, be accurate even under time pressure, be highly organized, and easily adapt to changing priorities with a good attitude. Pay starts at $20/hour with hours of 8:15am to 1:00pm Monday through Friday.

        Job Responsibilities
        1. Utilize agency systems to maintain and update client data and documentation according to procedures
        2. Enter data into carrier sites and complete insurance quotes
        3. Communicate effectively to ensure all information is accurate and complete
        4. Prepare proofs of insurance and process simple policy changes (ex. vehicle changes)
        5. Limited client outreach by phone, text, and/or email to assist customer service reps with follow-up tasks

        1. Attention to detail and the ability to understand desired outcomes to effectively apply procedures
        2. Critical thinking skills to confidently work with new and unique insurance accounts
        3. Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
        4. A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to work cooperatively with other employees
        5. Ability to multitask while staying organized and detail-oriented
        6. Must manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment and be flexible when priorities shift
        7. Must possess above-average computer skills and understand technology
        8. Technological proficiency required with a preference for experience using Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, and/or Applied Epic

        Job Type: Part-time

        Salary: From $20.00 per hour

        Expected hours: 23.75 per week

        High school or equivalent (Required)

        Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
        Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
        Work Location: In person
