          Job Summary
          Develop, establish and maintain marketing communications strategies to support growth objectives across a broad product and service portfolio.
          Impact brand awareness and sales by implementing marketing, advertising and promotional activities.

          Essential Job Functions
          • Collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders to implement marketing programs to increase awareness and market-share
          • Develop and deliver compelling content and messaging, and effective communications strategies on time and on budget
          • Plan and manage strategic and tactical initiatives including collateral development, promotions and communications
          • Determine, recommend and implement best marketing communications practices and process to improve product launch and marketing initiatives
          • Support product marketing plans and campaigns to generate awareness and demand
          • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results including key performance indicators
          • Conduct research, monitor and analyze market conditions, consumer trends and key competitors
          • Coordinate marketing projects by acting as a liaison between agency partners
          • Oversee creation of marketing tools including bill messages, inserts, brochures, videos, store merchandising, direct mail, inbound and outbound campaigns
          • Manage Yadtel website content/updates and eCommerce platform development, launch and life-cycle
          • Maintain annual marketing calendar including initiatives, timing, tactics and spend
          • Develop, expand and manage marketing platforms including social media
          • Develop and manage budget for all marketing communications
          • Support branding of Yadtel and all services to ensure consistency
          • Act as liaison between Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Service
          • Support Product Marketing in creating sales and customer service product training
          • Manage field marketing initiatives and participate in community activities, special events and advertising opportunities

          • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
          • Eye for detail and creative development
          • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
          • Self-starter, ability to work independently and deliver on time
          • Microsoft Office suite
          • Aptitude for technology and willingness to learn

          Education and Experience
          • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
          • 5+ years Marketing experience
          • Digital marketing experience
