        Position Summary:
        An employee in this position will monitor the packages, mail, and people flowing into the Mocksville manufacturing plant for Liberty Storage Solutions. This employee will be expected to answer phone calls and run short errands. This employee must greet any visitors and guide them to the best person or resource for their needs. In this role, the employee must answer some phone calls, and work as a backup receptionist for our main office.

        A Lobby Attendant must be courteous and willing to help. This employee must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organization skills and attention to detail are paramount.

        Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
        Keep lobby area neat, warm, and welcoming
        Greet all staff, partners, vendors, and visitors who arrive
        Connect visitors with appropriate Liberty staff
        Host/entertain visitors or customers until hand-off to appropriate staff
        Basic filing
        Run general errands
        Sort and distribute mail, make runs to the post office when necessary

        High School Diploma or equivalent
        1-2 years of receptionist experience

        Work Environment:
        The work environment for employees will take place primarily inside a climate-controlled office setting. Employees can expect to experience high levels of noise that is typically associated with a busy manufacturing environment. Must be able to tolerate an environment with paint/stain fumes, and sawdust in the air.

        Physical Demands:
        Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
        May be required to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
        May occasionally be required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel,
        crouch, or crawl.
        Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
