Primary Responsibilities: To provide a memorable experience to each and every guest by giving them a warm welcome as they enter our restaurant and a sincere thank you as they exit our building.

• Knowledgeable of all duties and functions of the host position listed below

Specific Functions and Duties:
• Open the door and greet guests with a warm welcome as they enter our restaurant
• Seat the guest while engaging in conversation and introduce the server by name
• Control the guest flow and establish a wait as needed quoting accurate wait times
• Clean, sanitize and reset tables as guests leave
• Open the door and sincerely thank the guest as they exit the restaurant
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized host area
• Answer the phone in a professional manner and direct calls appropriately
• Complete a restroom check every 30 minutes and sign the restroom checklist
• Roll and stock silverware according to guest flow
• Execute the to go program
• Follow all company side work, opening and closing duties
• Communicate daily features to the guests
• Interact with all guests creating a memorable experience
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
Qualification Standards:
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
• High overall awareness and sense of urgency
• Must be able to stand and exert fast paced mobility for periods up to four hours
• Must have a good sense of balance and be able to bend and kneel
• Must have the ability to lift objects frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
