Tuttle Motorsports, located in Advance, NC, is an independent automotive restoration and race shop specializing in premiere restoration processes, road course race builds, and routine maintenance on European vehicles including BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz.

We are seeking a skilled European automotive technician to join our growing team on a full-time basis. As a technician in our shop, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for a variety of European vehicle makes and models (both modern & vintage). Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our clients’ vehicles are serviced to the highest standards. The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

          – Possess a strong background in European automotive maintenance and repair, with a deep understanding of European vehicle systems, components, and diagnostic procedures. Familiarity with various European makes, such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, or others, is highly desirable
          – Hold relevant certifications such as ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific training for European vehicles. Additional certifications or qualifications are a plus
          – Exhibit a meticulous approach to work, paying close attention to details and ensuring that repairs and maintenance tasks are executed accurately
          – An open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn, problem-solve, and do what it takes to get the job done correctly
          – Ability to work as part of a team and periodically complete tasks outside typical job description
          – Excellent communication skills
          – Have a working knowledge of current industry best practices
          – Uphold high ethical standards, displaying honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions with customers, team members, and suppliers
          – Must provide your own tools, tool box, etc. commensurate with skill level

          – Perform comprehensive inspections of European vehicles to assess their condition, identify potential problems, and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance
          – Efficiently and accurately execute complex repairs and preventative routine maintenance tasks assigned to you, following manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices
          – Document all work completed on corresponding work orders
          – Maintain a clean and organized work space
          – Report to work on time (Monday-Friday 9-5)
          – Work closely with Operations Manager and collaborate with other shop personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs. Share knowledge and provide assistance when needed.

          Benefits to you:
          – Hourly wage so you can focus on the project at hand rather than how many hours you’ve turned
          – Paid vacation days
          – Flexible time off as needed (we understand that we’re all human with lives outside of work)
          – Employee discount on parts
          – Optional opportunity to assist with track events and track-side support as part of a developing race program
          – Become part of growing a small business with potential to become a team leader as both you and our business continue to grow.
          – After hours shop access
          – Air conditioned and heated shop

          – This is an onsite position
