The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader and experienced team builder with a proven ability to develop and coach. The leader will have complete oversight to operational processes, provide guidance for projects and complex business situations, identify growth opportunities, create ownership and accountability, be a mentor, and focus on creating high-performing teams to meet the current and future needs of the Company. The position will be expected to help guide the operational direction and activities for the company by developing long-term technology roadmaps. This role requires a strong technical background, experience managing parallel projects, creating KPIs, and developing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure value and success in all stages of operational planning. Once the leader understands the business strategy and the scope/responsibilities of their role, they will develop a plan and identify critical metrics that drive operational performance, while setting clear, realistic targets. Initially it is important to build a solid foundation through taking a simplistic approach that focuses on the basics, encourages teamwork and relationships, ensures understanding, and seeks ongoing improvement.
